Delivery & Refunds

AskTomorrow readings are digital. Nothing is shipped. This page explains how delivery works and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery
- After your payment is confirmed, we write your reading. You can watch its progress on the page you are taken to after paying.
- When it is ready you can read and download it there, and we email it to the address you gave at checkout.
- If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Refunds
Because a reading is made for you and delivered straight away, we do not offer refunds once it has been delivered.
If something goes wrong
If your reading fails to generate or does not reach you, write to us and we will give you full support until you have it.
