AskTomorrow gives you astrology readings from your birth details. This page explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Your details: your name, email, and your date, time and place of birth.
- Your order: which readings you picked and the amount paid.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
- Basic usage data: things like your device type and pages visited, to keep the site working well.
Why we use it
- To calculate your chart and write your readings.
- To take payment and send you your readings and receipts.
- To reply when you contact support.
- To keep the site safe, fix problems and improve it.
How your birth details are used
Your birth details are used only to build your chart and write your reading. Our readings are produced with a chart calculation engine and an AI language model that works from classical Vedic texts. We do not sell your birth details.
To write your reading, we send the AI provider your first name, your date and time of birth, your birth time zone, and the chart we calculated from them. We do not send your email address, your payment details, or the exact coordinates of your birth place.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run AskTomorrow, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: hosting, our database and the system that writes your reading.
- Razorpay: payments. It handles your card or UPI details; we never see them.
- DeepInfra: the AI model that writes your reading (see above for what it receives).
- Resend: sending your reading to your email.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We may also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details and readings for as long as you have an account or order with us, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for how we use it. Email support@asktomorrow.app and we will help. If you live in India, you also have the rights given to you by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
AskTomorrow is not meant for children under 18. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For big changes we will let you know.
